    beautiful gardens
    fresh eggs
    transportation issue
    remote location
    pricey accommodation

The gardens surrounding the place feature a staggering variety of over 1000 different plants, and there's a tranquil pond that adds a nice touch to the ambiance. Having the chickens on-site that provide fresh eggs for breakfast is a unique perk that certainly elevates the culinary experience.

The primary challenge here is transportation. a vehicle is a necessity since the nearest train station is quite a hike away and bus service isn't reliable. finding this spot involves navigating a narrow dirt road, which can feel a bit isolated. The overall cost isn't cheap, but considering the experience, it’s somewhat justifiable.

    Delightful hosts with amazing food!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Sue and Stuart, who were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The breakfasts were a highlight, featuring Sue's homemade bread and fresh ingredients that made every meal special. The garden is a perfect spot to relax, and watching the local birdlife was an added bonus. Just remember, you'll need a car to fully explore the surrounding area, as it's a bit remote.
